2026 General Election Key Dates And Resources

Ohio's 2026 General Election is Tuesday, November 3, and the deadline to register to vote is Monday, October 5. Early in-person and absentee voting begin Tuesday, October 6.

Below are a few important dates to remember:

·         October 5: Voter registration deadline

·         October 6: Early in-person and absentee voting begins at The Delaware County Board of Elections located at 2079 US 

                              Highway 23 N Ste 4 Delaware, OH 43015

·         October 27: Deadline for boards of elections to receive absentee ballot applications

·         November 3: Election Day; Polls are open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

          * Whether returned in-person or by mail, absentee ballots must be received by your county board of elections by 7:30     

             p.m. on November 3.
