The Annual Records Commission special meeting will be held Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at 8:45 am at the Concord Township Administration Building, 6385 Home Rd, Delaware, OH 43015.
The Concord Township Comprehensive Planning Committee will hold a meeting on Wednesday, January 7 at 6:00 pm at the Concord Township Administrative Building 6385 Home Road, Delaware Ohio 43015, for the purpose of discussing comments and updates to the Comprehensive Plan.
The Concord Township Board of Trustees have rescheduled their final regular meeting for the year to Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 7:00pm. The Trustees have also scheduled their 2026 organizational meeting for Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at 9:00am. Both meetings will be held at the Concord Township Administrative Building, 6385 Home Road, Delaware, OH 43015.

The Concord Township Citizen Committee, which has dedicated the last nine months to updating the Township's Comprehensive Plan, is nearing the end of its project. The Comprehensive Plan serves as a roadmap used by the trustees for future development.
This is your opportunity to have your voice heard and provide input to the committee. The committee is currently accepting public comments through December 31, 2025 on the draft proposal, after which they will discuss and make changes as they see fit.

This notice is to inform you that the Delaware-Knox-Marion-Morrow (DKMM) Solid Waste District ratified a solid waste contract fee increase of $1.50 per ton, to be effective as of January 1, 2026.
In accordance with the terms of our current contract with Rumpke in Concord Township, effective January 1, your invoice from Rumpke will reflect an increase of $0.10 per residential unit per month.

Concord Township held a special meeting on November 12, 2025, during which the dedicated volunteers of the Comprehensive Plan Resident Committee presented the initial draft of the Township's comprehensive plan to the Board of Trustees.

Nine months ago, approximately 20 residents of Concord township volunteered to review and update the township's comprehensive plan. The "comp plan" is a roadmap for the trustees to follow when it comes to future development in the township. These residents have put in many hours reviewing the plan and making updates they felt were needed. This is a large undertaking, and I commend them for volunteering their time and the dedication to seeing this project through.
After nine months of hard work the committee will present the draft plan to the trustees in a special meeting on November 12th at 6pm at the Concord Township Hall. Residents are encouraged to attend this meeting to learn what updates are being proposed by the Comprehensive Plan Resident Committee....

The Concord Township Trustees will hold a special meeting this Saturday, September 6, 2025 at 9am. The meeting will take place at the Township Hall, 6385 Home Road, Delaware OH 43015.
The purpose of the meeting is for Tax Incentive Review (TIF) Council appointments. Concord Township has two TIFs, one at the storage facility on Dublin Road and one for the Painter Farms development on Concord Road. Ohio law requires a review council be appointed to oversee the TIF.
