Concord Township maintains 50.703 miles of public roadway.  Some of the roads within the Township are maintained by Delaware County or the State of Ohio.

Effective November 26, 2024: Concord Township requires any person to obtain a permit before making any excavation in a township highway (road) or highway (road) right-of-way within Concord Township's jurisdiction, except an excavation to repair, rehabilitate, or replace a pole already installed for the purpose of providing electric or telecommunications service.
