The Applicant is requesting variance from the zoning resolution of rear setback and maximum lot coverage at 4118 Copeland Court, Delaware, OH 43015, Parcel #419-330-14-015-000, owned by Byrnes Daniel & Kathleen Suzanne; and, 3) To conduct such other business as needed.
