The Applicant is requesting variance from the zoning resolution of side setback at 5500 Mills Road, Ostrander, OH 43061, Parcel #500-310-01-017-003, owned by Howard Cooper; 2) To consider an Application, designated as BZA062026, filed by Patrick Balchak of 7400 South Section Line Road, Delaware, OH 43015.  The Applicant is requesting variance from the zoning resolution of fence height from 5' to 9' at 7400 South Section Line Road, Delaware, OH 43015, Parcel #320-110-02-058-000, owned by Patrick Balchak; and, 3) To conduct such other business as needed.
