For immediate release, December 4, 2024:

Concord Township Residents,

Concord Township is looking for residents to serve on a committee to update the township’s comprehensive plan.  The Comprehensive Land Use Plan (Comp Plan) is the vision and roadmap for development in the Township.  The last major update was in 2016 with minor updates in ’18 and ’21. Delaware County Regional Planning, the Concord Township Zoning Commission and the Trustees use this document as a guide when a zoning change application is made for a new housing development, commercial business, etc.  This committee will provide input in updating the Comp Plan to give residents a voice in how they want to see development in their Township. Ultimately this document will be forwarded to the Trustee to adopt.  If you have any questions feel free to call any of the Trustees with questions:
